| I found your company through a recommendation on Facebook for our upcoming cruise. I initially communicated with Cheryl the office manager to ask questions and make the reservation. She was very patient with me and explained the entire pickup and drop off process. On the afternoon of our arrival, our assigned driver (Yvonne) was on time and was able to communicate with us, from the time our plane landed, to actually meeting us outside the terminal. The drive to the cruise port was so relaxing and the three of us were just chatting back and forth throughout the ride. Yvonne got us to the cruise port without any problems and the ride was very comfortable. In closing, if our travel plans go through LAX in the future and we need transportation, we will absolutely reach out to Cheryl and the amazing folks at Helping Hands Shuttle Service as well as recommend this company to all our friends. | Our driver Yvonne was very communicative prior to our arrival. We were delayed over two hours but that didn’t deter Yvonne! She was ready when we finally made our way out of LAX & her meeting instructions were precise. She was a boss on those LA highways & got us to our destination safely. | Overall, we were happy with our service from Tony. He did initially seem to be a bit put out by the fact that there was luggage and bags for 6 people. Once we let him know that it was fine to just stack stuff up and we would crunch together, he seemed to relax. He was on time and a careful driver. |
